Constant crashing. Tried uninstall and then re-installing numerous times. Still no change.

Let's try two things to get this working:
- First, try to Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL
- If that fails, try Turning off hardware acceleration

I've escalated this up to engineering, so hopefully they will be able to fix this in time for Firefox 38.
In the meantime, does Firefox Safe Mode work? Firefox is stuck in Troubleshoot Mode
Tyler -
Tried running Firefox in safe mode and it still crashed, but did seem to take a little longer. Here are the past couple of reports.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
