on this PC I haven't been able to logon on to my T'bird acct since 4/28/15. The same thing happened to another machine on a different date.

There is no such thing as a Thunderbird account. Thunderbird is an email client you use to access the account you have set up with your email provider. You'd need to provide more details about your problem.

Using incoming.verizon.net POP mail server, Port 110 SMTP - Using outgoing.verizon.net Port 587.Have not been able to logon to my T'bird acct on two different machines for over two months.
