How can I print a custom five weeks period? Outlook can, Google can't, it would be really useful.

I migrated my calendar from Outlook 2003 to Google so that it could sync with my phone and tablet (I've long given up email on Outlook and use Thunderbird). However, I still have to use the Outlook Calendar for printing the all-important Family Fridge Calendar Sheet, as it can print any five consecutive weeks, so can be updated and reprinted every three weeks or so. The Google calendar doesn't print properly so I was really excited when Lightning arrived as a Thunderbird update. However, although I can print lists of events in a Custom View, I don't seem able to print a Five-Week view, just a Calendar Month view. Even Four Weeks would be something. Are there any tweaks to do this?
