Trying to access the Online Repeat prescription ordering service at my doctor's surgery. I am getting an Error page every time I try and there are no problems at the surgery. 

I have always been able to access this before I had my new hard drive. What is happening and how can I put this right?

Does Firefox display an error page with details about the problem? If a secure certificate is being rejected, those may appear in a separate "Technical Details" section of the page that you need to expand. If you could copy/paste the error explanation into a reply, that would be helpful. Be sure to include any error code in parentheses (often_contains_underscore_characters).
