When I open a page which requires Java (Which is installed and enabled), Firefox closes.
Whenever I open a page which requires Java, Firefox doesn't ask me whether or not to allow it (Even though the settings say that it should ask me), and just closes. This happens every time I open a page for which Java is required.

Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Plugin Check site.
Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions. If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow Update button or a red Update now button, please update these immediately.
To do so, please click each yellow or red button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps mentioned in the installation procedure.
After the above,
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
All of my plugins are up-to-date (I checked just in case, as well), and starting in safe mode doesn't help.

Okay, I have uninstalled McAfee, but still have the problem.
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?
Yes, the problem persists in safe mode with networking.
I've called the big guys to help you. Good luck.
Does Firefox still close if you set all plugins to never activate as a test?
Does Firefox crash or simply close?
