Can't connect to my email, would like to speak with someone directly for help.
Two of my three emails were not receiving mail. I checked to make sure passwords and everything was ok but it said that they werent processing. when i deleted one of my accounts to reinstall, it did not work and now i cant reconnect to that email through thunderbird. I would like to speak with someone in order to help me trouble shoot. please and thank you

are you able to log into the remote mail server?
