updated latest upgrade in Sept. since then cannot get games to play or they crash immediately, have updated adobe flash player like over a dozen times, security all updated a few more times, quick time player updated followed your page instructions. adobe flash player crash bar appears about every minute, even though videos usually play. does not have report crash box most the time. cleaned out unnecessary stuff, and also thunderbird mail will not let me get into it even with last password and when I try to change it, your site claims it has sent link to my yahoo mail which it never does, not in spam either and I tried that like 10 different times, so that is now working either. I am not a techy person, but have used computers since 2005 and have never had a problem like this when I have upgraded mozilla in the past. thank you, Deborah.
