I have checked to see if your Java version is up to date?
Yes my java is up to date. I cleared my cache and my java cache, uninstalled and reinstalled java. Any other suggestions?

Open the java options menu via control panel to make sure that the temporary setting is enabled so games can store information via browser. This causes certain games that have not been updated to meet currently security standards to crash due to running out of memory.
