I've just upgraded Thunderbird on my work computer. My calendar has disappeared. Having read suggestions online, I installed Lightning add-on and restarted. However, there is nothing apparently installed, no mention of Lightning and certainly no calendar. My appointments and reminders are essential. What do I try next please?

I tried so many times to install Lightning with no success. By following the above, even though the file you suggested wasn't there, the process has worked. Thank goodness I now have my calendar with all its entries back again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
