Firefox crashes always when i (for example) want to upload a Youtube video. It always happens then, when i want to select a file to upload in Windows Explorer. Firefox crashes, and then it closes itself and when i restart Firefox, everything is reloaded, but i can´t upload files anymore without crashing!

hello, could you provide your latest few submitted crash reports? please enter about:crashes into the location bar, copy the latest few report ids from there starting with bp- & paste them here into a forum reply. this will give us a better understanding what may be triggering those crashes.

thanks, those two are crashes with the flash plugin from back in 2014, so they won't be related to the current crashing problem i'm afraid :-/

unfortunately this only contains very generic information. so all that i could advice is to make sure that firefox isn't getting sandboxed by any security tools and is marked as a trusted program there and uninstall all programs that might hook into windows explorer and expand the functionality there...

and in addition you could try to run a scan with various other security tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & eset online one-time scanner.
