How do I include a "reply all" option in addition to reply and send in an e-mail?

I sent an e-mail to a list of addresses earlier today. I now want to send a message to update the information in the latter without having to type in the list again. I can't replay to all of them in one message. How do I add a "reply to all" option in addition to reply and send?

Hi majmaz, it depends:

  • If you are using a webmail site in Firefox, you are limited to the features offered by that site. On some sites, there is a reply button (arrow icon) and next to it a little triangle to drop down a menu which offers Reply All and Forward. Do you see anything like that? Alternately, if you check the site in Safari, does it have different buttons than the ones displayed in Firefox?
  • If you are using a stand-alone email program like Thunderbird, you should be able to find a Reply All button. A moderator can move your question to the Thunderbird forum for advice from regular users.
