How can I add the Sync now BUTTON (with visual feedback) BACK to firefox?

Apparently someone decided that nobody wanted the Sync Now button and decided to remove it from firefox and 'replace' it with a Synced Tabs button despite the fact that the two things are separate and distinct features of Firefox and actually compliment one another with their functionality instead of being functional replacements for one another. The Synced Tabs button simply displays the Synced Tabs, and while it may possibly cause firefox to initiate a sync it additionally displays the synced tabs even though that may not be what the user wanted to see at the moment!!! SO I want my Sync Now button back, and before you say to just go into the menu and click Sync Now, the button actually displayed feedback letting me know that firefox was actually trying to sync things, the Sync Now menu item leaves users completely in the dark as to whether sync is actually working or not because there is no visual indication that it is even trying to sync. Seriously decisions like this are why people are moving away from firefox to chrome and other browsers, you people really need to stop to think about things before you go removing features that people actually want!!! And yes I'm seriously pissed about the direction firefox development is headed, if it weren't for the fact that I don't like the chrome interface (thank god for Classic Theme Restorer) or how it handles addons I'd be one of those people who you'd lose to chrome.

The whole point of adding buttons is to avoid having to root around in menus for things.

You can click the button on the line with the email address in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list. This button has a tooltip that shows the last time Sync was used.

You mean the the 3-bar button that I DON'T have enabled (because I use Classic Theme Restorer)?? Like I asked I WANT an ACTUAL Sync Now button like there used to be since as I explained the functionality is not in any way shape or form the same as the Synced Tabs feature that 'replaced' it (You guys have some real 'brain donors' developing Firefox don't you if they thought they were the same thus justifying the removal of the Sync Now button itself?). And like I clearly said: the whole point of having buttons for things is to keep from having to dig through menus in the first place!
