Sorry to hear about the crashes. You said --

Do you mean you submitted one or more reports to Mozilla using the crash reporter, or you shared your report ID(s) with forum volunteers in another thread? Since the systems are separate, it would be really helpful if you could follow the steps in the support article "Firefox crashes - asking for support" for steps to get those crash report IDs from the about:crashes page, and then post some of the recent ones here.
