How do I find emails where I closed the tabs?

more options

I deleted little tabs on top of email page by clicking on the little crosses . I think it deleted the messages as they suddenly disappeared from my inbox and I cant find them. How do I get back to them? There not in the junk bin

Chosen solution

Was this on a webmail site such as Outlook.com or Yahoo mail? I think unless they are set to show only Unread messages, you should still see all the messages you did not intentionally delete (or move to another folder) in the Inbox.

Do you see any different selection of messages if you try Internet Explorer or other browsers on your system?

If your question is about the stand-alone Thunderbird email program:

A moderator can move your question, and please do check whether you are viewing only unread messages.
