I can no longer open my pins saved in pinterest - a week ago I could but now I can't. why?

Ihave been using pinterest for 2 years. Pin recipes. For the last week when I go to my Pinterest board and pull up a recipe I want to view it will not pull up - just sits there. Mostly shows not secure. But it is the same recipes/site I've gone into before. But now it will not work. I have cleared my cache, cookies, etc. I deleted and reinstalled Firefox and still the same problem. Help
