I am in a group which is sent Bcc emails. When group emails are sent by the organiser the ones to me are bounced back to her. Please can you tell me how to fix this? I do receive CC emails without any problems. Thank you. Vanessa

Your email client, Thunderbird, is not involved. Messages are returned by providers servers. If they do not make it to your inbox on your providers server Thunderbird cannot receive them. Returned messages have a reason attached. That would be a good place to start. This is really the senders problem.

There was a misunderstanding with my sender and in fact the emails she has sent to me have not been returned to her and I have never received them. Please advise - thank you.

If you log into you account at your providers Webmail site are the missing messages there? Maybe in a Spam folder. Messages have to make it to your providers server before Thunderbird can retrieve them.
