We have the list, and it shows up in the left column, but we can not fine how to get the curser into the column, or use the options at the bottom ( to: cc: bcc) just using the keyboard

Chosen solution

With TB 60 on W10, in a new message window with the Contacts Sidebar (F9) open, Alt+K puts the focus on the Address Book box, then Tab moves the focus to the Search Contacts box, another Tab moves to the contact list. and further Tabs move to the Add to To: box, Add to Cc: box etc., and then moves the focus to the From:, To:, Subject etc.
