I have a new phone number and want to update the file formhistory.sqlite with the new phone number

When certain forms pop up, my personal information auto fills. I have a new phone number and would like to change the old phone number with the new one. I think the file is "formhistory.sqlite " but not sure. If so - Is there an editor or how do I update the phone number

Then add the new phone number the next time that form appears.
