Tried many times and it wouldn't let me reset a password either. I don't remember having Firefox as it's been a few years since my computer worked. The icon is on my phone screen but can't open it because of sign-in.

Hi foxylady7, if you do not remember creating a Firefox Account, then there might not be one. You don't need to create a Firefox Account to browse the web, only if you want to use certain services, such as Firefox Sync.
