My sender says his email is blocked by our server. Info on 'blocking a sender" says Mozilla does not block senders. Plus I have never tried to block a sender. What can be happening? I did add his email to my address book, which I think should tell the system he is OK. Here is a copy&paste from his email: This is what I get back. Her mail server is blocking me.

Chosen solution
I believe it is referring to the server at reagan.com rejecting the message. Why? I don't know, you could check with the mail service provider on why it's happening.
