With the installation of Firefox 68, I can no longer open a link from outside Firefox. I get the Close Firefox box that says... "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window."

This worked just fine until installing version 68. I do NOT have the -no-remote parameter on the shortcut to open Firefox.

Is there some setting I can change? Seems like every major FF version breaks things and it's getting very frustrating.
