FF 80.0.1 (64) ADP Privacy Badger

This is the first time that I noticed I am no longer using the 32 bit version. Have the terrible kinks been worked on/fixed?

The strangest thing. Could not login to pay my bill at electric company. NO visible place to login. Went to site using IE and although slow, I could login and pay. Disabled ABP and PB.

What’s up?

Thank you.

Terrible kinks?

One possible reason is if there is a framed page in that blank area that is not loading for some reason. If you right-click the blank area and check the context menu, does it have a "This Frame" item? You can click that to use View Frame Info and see where it is loading from -- cross-site frames sometimes are blocked -- or use Open Frame in New Tab to see whether it works there.

Login should be above the black bar, like on the IE image. No right click context menu for This Frame. (View image, save page as, and a few other options.)

There is a view of a mountain, but I think it’s on the home page. ABP on IE also.

Kinks? I had major issues (which I do not remember) and somebody here told me people were having problems and to install the 32-bit version. Fixed whatever was ailing my computer before.

Thank you, jscher2000.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I disabled two possibly responsible addons before I called the company. Did not try safe mode yet.

Thank you.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.
