I am using TB 78.10.0. and when I view my email in Yahoo webmail, I see strange characters that were not there when I wrote the original email. For example: "...completed �on or before the day� the COL is emailed to the candidate.�." Please advise.

Try changing mail.strictly_mime to true in Options/General/Indexing/Config. editor.
