I get the above on all messages I try to send. What's going on here? Are all messages blocked or are they sent? Can someone please give us an answer.

That error message from googling it appears to be related to Microsoft o365 and in particular content restriction placed by the administrator of your organization. But that messages continues with blocked for spam content. Are you sure you have posted the entire message?
