My wife & I share the same e-mail address. I had it originally set up that the outgoing name was FROM John Lincoln. At some point I managed to change it to FROM John & Janet Lincoln. Now it has changed to FROM Janet Lincoln. How can I change the FROM line to what I want it to read?

In Account Settings, select the account in the left pane and view the Your Name field. Instead of changing the name each time one of you sends mail, consider adding an identity with Manage Identities (below Your Name), so that each time you write a new message the correct name can be selected from the From: drop-down menu.
