Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

When I have browsed and then click yahoo mail . . .

Are you using a bookmark, a page link, or something else?

This did not solve my problem. Not using bookmark, page link, etc. Just trying to get my Yahoo. mail when I click on Yahoo mail. Any other suggestions. Spoke with a person at Yahoo who said it is a problem with Firefox. Never happened before, now cannot get rid of it.

It would help if you post a screenshot showing the issue. The only thing I see is a screen asking for username, then password, and then Yahoo sends me a verification code. I put in the code and then I'm in.

Just trying to get my Yahoo. mail when I click on Yahoo mail.

Do you mean on Yahoo's home page, their Mail link/button doesn't work for you? Or is it an ISP custom home page where you are clicking the link/button? Or some other page?

What about a URL like:

https://mail.yahoo.com/
