Lost Firefox Icon
I had been using Firefox on my iPhone for forever. All of a sudden the icon just disappeared, so I can no longer use it as my browser. When I check my apps in Settings, it's there, and checked as my browser, but there's no longer an icon to click on. I went to the app store thinking it had somehow become deleted, and instead of being able to get the app, it just says Open, meaning that it should be on my phone. How do I get the icon back? The way it is now, I can't even delete and re-install it.

Uhm, ok. I think you need to tap from the App Library and not the Settings page. Please see my recording of how to do it here.

Hey Leslie,
Are you sure you didn't remove it from your Home Screen by mistake? Have you tried looking for it from the App Library instead?
I'm positive that I didn't remove it from the home screen. It is in my app library, but there's no option there to remove it, so that I could just try to reinstall it.

Weird.. Normally, there should be an option to Remove the app if you long tap on the app icon from App Library folder. Can you make sure if you're not trying to tap from the search result screen instead?
When I long-tap the icon in Settings, nothing happens at all. It just takes me to the screen where I've set up the options for using it. This is just weird!
