I want my browser screen to always be top 0 left 0 height 100 width 100. I Right Click Mozilla shortcut on desktop > Click Properties > Shortcut tab > Target "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -height 100 -width 100. It still launches Mozilla with a full screen not a fixed smaller window.

Those command line switches do not work. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50201 - -width and -height options ignored (command line)

The size and position of the Firefox window are stored in localstore.rdf in the Firefox Profile Folder, but the OS (Vista) can probably always force a window to appear elsewhere if it is not maximized to keep the title bar of other windows visible.
