FireFox 3.6.3 doesn't have VeriSign Class 3 Secure Server CA- G2 certificate with default profile not even with a newly created profile. What to do to overcome this issue.

That is a problem with that website. It doesn't send the intermediate certificate, so if Firefox hasn't stored it while visiting another website that did send it correctly then you will get that error.
