I have tried to uninstall mozilla firfox 3.6.4 in add and remove and it doesn't work. I also have tried C:\programfiles\mozillafirefox\uninstall\helper.exe and this doesn't work either. I have windows xp service pack 3.PLEASE HELP!!! in English

You have Firefox 3.6.6 according to your user agent. So you have already updated to that version. If you still have the previous version (3.6.4) listed in Add and Remove programs then it is possible that that updater hasn't updated that entry. Does the new version Firefox 3.6.6 show there as well?
