Hovering over a link won't show text only a small white box.

So when I hover over links or even if the mouse cursor is just idle on a page it shows a small white box with no text which is quite annoying.

Probably caused by the Google Toolbar extension. I thought that was fixed in GTB7.0, but I guess not.
