Have upgrade to Firefox 4 and us tiscali as my email provider, it will not now load emails and have lost my contacts list and folders?

Tiscali will load but show you have a number of undefined emails in in box. No folders are showing and no contact list etc

Are you talking about Webmail? If so, contact Tiscali's helpdesk for advice.
