Dear Toni

Thank you for your email. We have checked our site and everything seems to be working fine, (all secure). We will keep checking it today. The only thing I can think of that could cause this message is that you may need to update your web browser 'fire fox' so that it can get updated security settings from websites so they are current.

Try this, and please let us know if it works.

Kind regards Sue Customer Service

I tried to make an order, but this warning sign keeps comes up. I did not proceed as it hasn't occurred with my past orders. Can you advise?

This Connection is Untrusted You have asked Firefox to connect securely to host.our-web-host.com, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified. What Should I Do? If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue. Technical Details host.our-web-host.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

I get exactly the same error when trying to access https://trac.videolan.org/, but they say they have checked and the certificate is OK - see http://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/4717
