Not a part of Firefox, part of your web mail display. Best to ask about that with support for your web mail service provider.

Unless you are talking about Thunderbird?

go to Tools Menu -> Content -> place Checkmark on "Enable Java Scripty' -> click "Advanced" -> place Checkmarks on Options 1,3 -> Ok -> OK

Check and tell if its working.
