I upgraded to FF5.0.1 and I lost my wireless internet connection. What can I do to get it back?

Since I upgraded, I cannot even find my wireless signal on my Windows XP wireless network connection menu. As I ran the upgrade it gave me a message about disabling several items, but I don't think one was my internet connection. I am currently writing you from another computer.
