New Tab always displays Bing. Don't want it. Prefer blank tab.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Unfortunately, the Bing Bar is neither in the Windows list of "Currently installed programs" nor among the Firefox "Add-Ons", "Extensions", so I can't remove/disable it.

Ideas?

BTW: My Home page is correct (not Bing), and the default search engine is also correct (also not Bing). The problem seems to be confined to new Tabs.
