again, i want to download adobe reader and flash player. when i do adobe says "please close mozilla firefox to continue." how do i close firefox since it is my web page?

  1. Download and save the installation package.
  2. Close Firefox and wait a half a minute or so for all the files to close.
  3. Run the installer.
