Profile Manager deleted. Can't openFirefox. How do I make a new Profile.

I uninstalled Firefox on my desktop and deleted the Profile Manager by mistake. I've tried all the suggestions on the internet and can't get a new profile. Firefox works fine on mylaptop using Win7 but the problem is on my desktop using XP Prof. Keep getting error message that it can't find the profile manager.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
