Submit Crash Reports

I unchecked "Submit crash reports" in the Options settings. But when I go back into Options it is checked again.

I have noticed this all the way back from 3.0

You can check if you have write permissions for this registry key.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reporter\SubmitCrashReport: DWORD value = 0/1
