I was deleting messages when I must have done something wrong. When I go to open an email now a small rectangular box appears overlaying the the email. The email info is also in this small box. The small box has blue up and down arrow on right and left to right arrow on bottom. I can't move it delete it or anything. On the email message that the box is on top of I can click on bottom right corner to get the message still under small box. That message says it may not be as originally sent and has a box that says view message. To much work to read email. Tried charter.net email on Internet Explorer and it works like it had been before I got this problem.
