Firefox went down. When it came up I now have this crappy brown. I lost my blue cats though it does say in add-ons that it is enabled. I also have on the address bar line some funny looking icons.

Why????????????????

This is the most ugliest thing I've seen in a long time. This is disgusting to look at. How do I get my things back to the way it was. Looking at this now is so sickening.

Chosen solution

Can't update to 15. Can't use blue cats with 15 even though blue cats is a firefox product.

All is well now though. Did another system restore and everything back to normal. Have my blue cats back, have the icons I recognize, and have blue instead of that crappy brown.

Thank you for your help.

Firefox 12.0 is out of date, update to Firefox 15.0.1.

I do have another question I hope you can answer. I'm not a computer person. When I was in HS we had manual typewriters if that tells you about me.

Question: If you go to tools, options, privacy, show cookies - you see a bunch of cookies. I do want some of them but so tired of when I forget to uncheck and all those yucky ones go there.

If I add the cookies I want to exceptions - accept cookies

Can I delete the cookies in the show cookies and not lose any of the ones I want after I put them in exceptions even though they will be there again in show cookies?

If so, can I use ccleaner to clean cookies in firefox and not lose the ones in exceptions?

So confusing. I confused myself and I know what I mean.
