when i open a new tab, I get this in the address bar http://search.snap.do/, help? already changed internet options home page but this still appears?

when firefox opens at first homepage is blank, but when new tabs open i get http://search.snap.do/ in my address bar, i deleted this program already but still here, explorer browser ok stillno issue with this

Try to reset prefs on the about:config page that refer to snap.do.

  • Open the about:config page via the location bar and do a search for snap.do via the Search bar at the top of the about:config page.
  • Reset all TEXT related prefs that appear bold (user set) via the right-click context menu to their default values.

If you do not keep changes after a restart then see:
