firefoxが一日に何度もクラッシュします。クラッシュするのは特定のサイトを見ている時ではなく、ランダムに発生します。また、何らかの動作を行っている時だけでなく、ただブラウザ画面を見ているときでも発生します。

Do you have Norton products like Norton Confidential?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
