RT.com website promotes an extension for FF. The website offers a button to do this. But, I do not find the extension on the Mozilla add-ons page. Is this a genuine offer or a type of malware and why not on the add-ons page? Keep up with the news by installing RT’s extension for Firefox. Never miss a story with this clean and simple app that delivers the latest headlines to you.. found at rt.com/usa/ I am running Win7 Pro 64 bit , FF28.0 Thanks!!!

Chosen solution

At a quick glance what I see is for an android phone not a Desktop computer.

If it is their own software it way well not be tested and available from the official addons site or marketplace.

If it is a respectable website the software may well be ok. Always take care with what you download and try to get reviews of the software and the download site. When you do download read any terms and conditions and watch for unwanted downloads bundled with what you do want.
