Mozilla is "unable to start correctly." How can I backup/restore my bookmarks if I can't open Firefox?

When I try to open Firefox, it says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application." This is fine because I can just uninstall it and reinstall it and I will be able to use Mozilla Firefox again, but I want to backup/restore my bookmarks before I uninstall it because I can not lose my bookmarks!

Hello,

Try create a new profile, then starts Firefox:

Also try start in Safe Mode:

Maybe if you reset it be possible open it:

You can get your bookmarks in your profile folder:

Go to there enter in the bookmarks backup folder get the most recent json file and store it in other place, then restore after the reinstall or in other computer etc...

Try run the Firefox program once as Administrator (right-click: Run as Administrator).

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
