When I click email link on BT home page it does not complete I am on W 7 and it works on IE

Only recently the link to 'email' from the BT home page does not complete. I am on Windows 7. The link completes in Internet Explorer.

Hi Brightonian, Please check the application preferences to see if this is a stored preference. Applications panel - Set how Firefox handles different types of files
