Upgrading to Firefox 28 has given me issues opening new tabs. How do I fix this?
I'm on Windows 7 and regretting the fact that I downloaded Firefox 28. Before this, I had no issues at all. But now, if I go to File, then New Tab, nothing happens. If I click on the plus sign Open a New Tab button, nothing happens. Using CTRL + T doesn't work either. However, if I exit Firefox entirely and open it right back up, several new blank tabs appear. The only working way to open up a new tab is by using the right click menu. How do I fix this?
Thanks!

Hi,
Most likely it is an extension that is not fully compatible with 28. Start FF in safe mode using the shift button and see if the tab behave normally using CTRL+T. For instructions on enabling safe mode us the below URL.
