Will Thunderbird clash with Entourage if I have both open on my Mac?

Hello Mozilla. I'd like to use Entourage for some of my mails and Thunderbird for some others. If I have both programmes open on my Mac (10.6.8) MacBook Pro will they clash? I have already downloaded the Thunderbird app but want to check before I install it. Many thanks.

depends on what setting you use. multiple mail programs are not uncommon. it is just a matter of telling one it is the default and the others not to check that setting so they don't fight over who is the system default.
