several of my local folder mailboxes somehow got deleted. I have an external HD and went back to my backup from several months ago and restored the files to the mailboxes. It showed files recovered. BUT, the emails are still NOT in my current mailboxes. How do I recover them?? I restored them to

C:/Users/Paul Desktop/AppData/Roaming/Thunderbird/Profiles/bluf3f01.default/Mail/Local Folders/Passwords

There should not be another folder inside Local Folders, at least not for the accounts. Try moving the account information to .../Local Folders.
