Thunderbird Is Randomly Generating A Phony Name on my outgoing emails - How to fix?

Hi:

Some of my email recipients are reporting a fake name (not mine) listed with my email address: "Jimmy James." This problem appears to be limited to smartphone users, but it is completely random; some use gmail accounts, some do not.

This name is not part of my thunderbird identities (I checked).

My hosting company says this is not being caused by them so I am baffled!

Please do not post the same question again, it makes it harder to focus our attention on the issue and may doesn't make good use of volunteer contributor resources.

Apologies; I was hoping to find someone who has a better understanding of the details of my issue, which I have shared in detail more than once already. Example: I already know this is the effects of some sort of spam or malware, but due to its random nature of occurrence, it's not a typical incident.
